I believe that your computer system could be improved. We made a purchase of three mattresses, two singles and a double, and after the invoice had been printed decided to buy the underbid drawers, this purchase was then added to our order, thus our order was amended and a second confirmation was emailed out to us. However the drawers did not appear on the amended invoice. When I contacted the store I was assured that the drawers had been added to the order but your system did not allowed the amendment. Surely this is something that could be adjusted so that the customer has some printed acknowledgment or the final order.

Sales service was prompt - almost too much so as we were the only customers in the store. Not enough time left to digest information

There was a special deal that included two new pillows, and it was the deal that motivated us to buy the bed from Dreams. When the bed arrived, there were no pillows.

Was told there was a 30 day trial period for every mattress. When it came to purchasing the mattress I was told that it did not apply unless I purchased a £45 mattress protector which I felt was overpriced. I was also told i could not use my student discount as I had 'already walked in the store'. I wasn't really sure what that meant so I have lost out on saving a lot of money. The insurance details were also not properly explained it was just sprung on me at purchase. The price of the pillow was also not made clear until I went to purchase. More explanation required.

The sales lady did not ask us what our budget was, yet she showed us very expensive mattresses. When we found a much cheaper - by £1000 - mattress on the shop floor we wanted to buy she briefly tried to talk us out of it, saying it wouldn't last as long and only had 6000 springs. She was obviously less friendly once we had decided on a cheap mattress.

Computer problem resulted in a considerable delay Sales assistant phoned hq twice & the problem could not be resolved Your system was poor & incapable of accepting a different delivery address & an invoiceing address, we are awaiting a correct invoice due in 7 days in post. Sales lady tried hard for 30 minutes to solve the problem, not her fault I was surprised that a company of you size had such a poor system. The problem needs to be addressed asap

When entering the store, there were 4 assistants chatting in the middle with no interest in offering assistance. I had to approach them to seek assistance as they were too busy chatting. The store was quite busy but no staff were with customers.

I was not dis-satisfied. However, I would prefer to wait for the delivery to be completed before coming to a conclusion about your organisation and its products.

You advertise on TV that you have a sale on until August Bank Holiday Monday throughout the store. The Assistant told us it applied to everything except the bed (Tempur) we wanted! We feel that if we had shopped around we would have got a better discount. Also you should state in your advert on TV that there is no discount on Tempur. This is misleading to people who see your adverts on TV.
