I was called after placing an order and told that the lead time was much longer than previously expected. I have now a month without a bed, upsetting!

We returned to the store to order our mattress and when we asked for help both assistants on the floor were reluctant to help and discussed between them who would record the sale. When we were seen to the assistant openly discussed with her colleague that the other member of staff who should have been present was "still in the bathroom" and that he "went at the same time every day". Personally I don't think it's appropriate to be making jokes about a colleague's toilet habits in front of customers.

Paid around £900 for a mattress and 2 pillows, when delivered, mattress was not the one we ordered as well as wrong size, after ringing to complain, you did little to help correct this except offer to get the one we should of had out to us, plus a meaningless £50 voucher which is a little to late to use now, also we spent 5 days on a wrong size and uncomfortable mattress, with the amount of money I paid, I expected alot more from you as a company, I now, after sleeping on the wrong mattress have to go back to work with neck and back pain, I think you need to step up and raise the bar as a company

The lady, Caroline, was very good but was with a customer when we wanted to buy. David took over but made a mistake with our name. He said it was impossible to correct and spoke to the manager who also said it was impossible to correct. So we are concerned that the warranty may not be valid. What sort of computer system is it that does not allow you to alter things!!! Supposing he had got the bed wrong!! We have been promised a revised order sheet by post but I have my doubts as to whether it will arrive. The manager was also involved over another query and was most unhelpful. It was just the same sort of attitude when we bought our previous beds from you some years ago

Wanted a head board but shops do not stock had to have it delivered which incurred additional charge

We called in at 6.00 pm on Thursday 10th March, there was only one member of staff who was dealing with a couple, we walked around for 5 to 10 minutes and no one attended to us, finally she left the couple to go to the computer and said she would be with us soon, another 5 to 10 minutes lapsed. The couple left without making a purchase. We were seen to and completed within the next 10 minutes, purchasing a bed, mattress and headboard. It wasn't the staff members fault but lack of staff does not entice you to stay, we nearly walked out and you would have lost a purchase.

The sales assistant was more interested in speaking with his colleague about cars than he was assisting his customers. Had we not been in a rush we would not of purchased from this Dreams store.

Karolynne was very rude and made both me and my partner very uncomfortable as she tried making my partner do something she didn't want to do and questioned her about it and got really irate (mattress testing). she stopped serving us half way through conversation to help another customer leaving us walking around waiting to place an order. She had no respect for our budget and felt like we were being pressured into buying something out of our budget.
