Kieran was great. He was welcoming, great at his job and knew the answers to anything we asked. He was courteous to the time we took to chose what we wanted and never rushed us. He showed us around 6 different types of mattresses and his colleague got us duvets our to feel so we could decide which would work best for us. It was a great experience.
