Dreams - Chippenham

Kieran (Chippenham Store) greeted us straight away and understood our needs as we were buying the first mattress for our 18 month old. He took time to explain the products and was really friendly. His colleague offered us tea or coffee while we were making the order and our little boy enjoyed running around the beds. Much more fun than buying a mattress should have been!! Kieran also reminded me that we needed mattress protectors, which I would have had to order separately if he hadn’t mentioned them. Very happy.

I was seen to , said that l just needed a mattress and Kiaeran showed me a number of mattress , told me what each one is for . I found one which was comfortable , to lie on .I was asked would like a cup of tea or coffee while , sitting down .Recommend good service.

I asked to look at beds that would help me with my back. The manager showed me versus beds told me a great deal about them . One very satisfied customer.

The staff were very knowledgeable and always around to answer any of our questions. because of their good service we bought the bed, if it wasnt up to par then we wouldnt have bought it.

We found Charles the person at the Chippenham store very helpful which helped us make up are minds as to which bed to buy he explained everything in detail and answered any questions we had .would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a new bed .

The assistant took time to show us the different mattresses and help us find the best one to suit our needs

Very friendly member of staff Zoe helped us find exactly what we were looking for and did not try to pressure us into making a purchase. Lots of different styles and items to choose from. Overall excellent experience

The sales person Kieran was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. I felt very comfortable in the store and was happy to make a purchase there and then.

The store manager Jonathan was very helpful, I went back to Dreams after 8 years to purchase another mattress I always seem to go to Dreams as I find them very helpful and they know what they are talking about. Great service and not pushy.
