We arrived at the store not long before closing bu the manager was really helpful and did not rush us in anyway. He could answer all our questions and and was very helpful without being pushy! Very good advert for Dreams

Charles showed us round and took us through all bed and mattress options. I never felt pressured to buy or what to buy.

Excellent service from store manager and the assistant in training. Both competent manager very much so. Assistant though young and relatively new very helpful and knowledgeable about type of bed I needed, she obviously is receiving good training. Most impressive from very pleasant people.

I visited twice before placing my order and on each occasion I was greeted and assisted by the staff. I was given plenty of time to look around and received really helpful advice. At no time did I feel hurried. Charles was the member of staff who dealt with me on both occasions and we were extremely happy with his advice and his helpfulness. Our particular requirements were a little difficult and so were a little time consuming. When we had contact with other staff (Keiron and Jon) they were just as friendly.

The sales advisor, Jonathan, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very honest and personable. We enjoyed our visit and my 15 year old son (for whom we were buying the bed) came out saying that Jonathan was cool. He rarely says that about anybody!!
