Our dealings were mainly with Jonathan who was very,very knowledgeable and attended to us in a very friendly and professional way

We were most impressed with the stock range in your store and the knowledge of the sales staff in helping us to understand the different qualities of the products we were interested in.

The experience we had from entering the store we were very satisfied. The assistant was very helpful and very informative, and couldn't have done for us

On entering the store we were greeted and told where to see what we were interested in. We were left to explore and then the shop assistant came to join us and answered all our queries. We did not feel at all pressured . Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we left feeling very happy.

For a pleasant change no pressure was put on me to purchase there and then, but I did because the assistant knew what he was talking about and explained every aspect of the purchase with me. The delivery times are flexable, in fact I changed the delivery date next day without any problem. The sales assistant was very professional and it was good to be served by somebody so plesant, even got a cup of coffee. Hope the after sales service is the same. Thank you all at Dreams

We were very welcomed as we went in, Charles introduced himself to us, we told him what we were looking for we tried some beds he explained aboutique each bed that would help with back problems. It was nice that we were asked if we would like a tea or coffee, and we felt really relaxed and comfortable and we will visit Dreams again.

nice clean, well arranged and well lit store. Great friendly staff. Just one miner observation. I know it was cold outside and therefore the doors were shut. But the Chippenham store looked closed. If I had not pushed the door open I could have walked away. Needs a sandwich board or open sign. Just to add that a couple waked a head of me and commented that the store looked shut. I think they were going to a different type of store anyway.

Assistant was on hand as soon as I entered and once he knew what we wanted, was very knowledgeable about all the products on offer. Another plus was that there was no pushy sales techniques at all.

Staff extremely helpful without being pushy. Very knowledgeable and really provided first class assistance.
