the sales person was so helpful in choosing the right bed for my daughter, I returned to dreams as I had purchased a bed for myself 18 months earlier and was very pleased with the assistance I got from your store in Chippenham

We came in to buy a mattress and ended up buying a bed with smart tv, a mattress and two pillows. The service was excellent and very informative. My sister had a similar experience on the same day when buying a mattress. Highly recommended. Outstanding service from Charles and his colleague.

Charles was the store staff who was very knowledgeable friendly and did not make us feel rushed to make a decision he explained brilliantly about which beds to try as I have los if medical conditions and needed help to choose the right bed no pushy sales and very relaxed even after he gave advise on several beds we were made welcome and offered tea or coffee which was kind and left to browse which bed felt the best. Excellent service Also a colleague Ciaran was also friendly and polite so over all a very happy experience and would revisit to purchase more beds in future Thank you Charles

Our needs were met- the questions answered- the mattress swopped to a different base. All told the two staff were friendly, helpful and we felt we were valued customers. Had hoped for an earlier delivery.
