The sales assistant was attentive but not over powering, he answered all our questions clearly & precisely and explained different products and their pricing. We did not intend to buy anything just considering the options but left with a king size bed & mattress & a double mattress on order

Not hassled by staff but given a quick tour of what was where when we entered store. Then follow up by staff member when we needed some advice. No hard sell.

We were met as we entered the store. We explained what we were seeking and were shown the various options available which met our requirements. Once we had decided additional options for our consideration were clearly explained and the completion of our order was quick and painless. The staff in the shop were very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Why I was highly satisfied is, it was a welcoming place very, very helpful staff espically in Chippenham where I purchased my product, the person who sold us the mattress went through everything, very satisfied

We had attention immediately and did not feel pressurised at any time. Jonathan was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of information then time on our own to to test various mattresses and make our own choice. It was a relaxed experience.
