The shop manager and his assistant were both friendly and helpful. They knew what they were talking about, and did not put us under any pressure to buy anything unless we wanted to.

Although the shop was busy and I had to wait a bit to place my order, the staff were attentive, friendly and made sure I had all the information I required to make a decision. They were able to answer all my questions and guide me to the right mattress type. I even got a cup of tea!

Charles customer service was fabulous! He let us know that he was new to dreams and new to their systems, and we assured him we were in no rush! His product knowledge was brilliant! He was super friendly and explained everything to us in full so we understood perfectly! He did fabulously and I'd appreciate if you pass this on! My only negative comment, is that the person he was working with didn't seem interested in helping Charles put through our order on the computer, Charles would ask him for assistance and he made it seem like it was hard work, I can imagine that my have made Charles feel small! Charles did really well despite this though!

The assistant, Kieran, was knowledgable and very helpful. He took time to explain everything and all the different options. He was friendly and dealt with my purchase/order in a very friendly manner.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the products also ready to assist when necessary. I was given plenty of time to browse on my own after first being explained the difference in the various mattresses available.

Charles looked after us during our time in the store. Initially he showed us where the priory the we were looking for was located and then he engaged in a conversation with us which developed into a demonstration of how to sleep properly and ended up with us purchasing two new pillow also. Thought he did a great job.

The team at the store were very friendly,no pressure sale,informative and efficient.Plenty of products to chose from.And like the fact there is no delivery charge now.

Excellent assistance both in store when purchasing and during delivery.
