Dreams - Chippenham

Charles in the Chippenham store was delightful, friendly and very knowledgable.. The service was easy efficient and coffee too. Delivery date was very quick.. delivery men were very courteous and efficient. Would highly recommend. In fact a few days later my cousin went to dreams in High Wycombe and found them equally friendly and courteous.

On entering the store the staff greeted us without pouncing on us and left us to look around. At the point we needed assistance Kieran came asnd answered all our questions and helpfully guided us to the products that suited our needs, he was friendly and knowledgeable. We returned later that day to place the order and Kieran had gone but Jon quickly picked up where he left off and completed the sale efficiently, he was also very friendly and helpful. I returned to store 3 days later as I had forgotten to ask if I could get forces discount, Jon was extremely helpful and even though the store was busy and they appeared short staffed he made sure this was processed with the help of head office within the hour! I had thought I had left it too late but it was worth a try, if I could still get the discount applied I didn't expect it to be done there and then! Excellent service!

Friendly and very helpful staff. (Jon Fisher) I explained what I was looking for. The first bed I chose wasn't suitable for my room size which he explained, which stopped me from buying the bed that would have caused problems and stress on delivery as it wouldn't of fit. So he found me another bed in a different style which I loved! Much more than my first choice! He helped me chose the right mattress, went through and explained paperwork and even made us a cuppa. Gave all advice i needed and I left the shop a very happy customer confident that I had purchased the perfect bed for me.

Excellent help in store - nothing was too much trouble

I had a very nice guy called Charles talk me through all the beds available and which beds best suit the way I sleep, he also showed me the difference a pillow can make to my body posture 👍🏻 He talked me towards the bed that was best for me not the bed that was the most expensive and would highly recommend him to everyone
