Jonathan was very polite and friendly and not the slightest bit pushy. He took time to find out my requirements and showed me the type of bed I required. The whole experience was refreshingly pleasant. My only query would be that the guarantee period of 1 year was shorter than I would have expected as some of the other brands were offering up to 10 years.

I have always used Dreams to buy beds and mattresses and now even buy my bedding from you as you do the best fitted sheets. I think I have come for at least 7 or more years. Your staff are always polite and informative and have plenty of time to assist. This time I needed a new mattress to replace a double for my teenage son and after spending time choosing and going though the options with the lovely member of staff I was taken to the desk and the delivery date was arranged as normal hassle free.
