Knowledgable staff, very helpful but not "in your face"

Upon entering the shop I was approached by an assistant called Troy asking if I needed help or was I happy to browse. If I was happy to browse he would be available to answer any questions I may have. I told the assistant what I was looking for and he showed me the different options available which helped me make up my mind on my purchase. Troy was extremely helpful all the way through this transaction, from the moment I walked into the shop, decided on the bed I wished to purchase, discussing delivery dates and completing my purchase. I would return to the store and also recommend anyone to visit after my experience.

All was good as soon as you entered the shop. Everything fitted into place. It was fun from start to finish. Having a laugh and also the knowledge of Kieran. Softened the blow of the final bill ha ha . Mother now wants a new mattress!!

I previously visited a competitor and did not like their hard sell style and tactics. Kieran from the Chippenham Store was really helpful and took the time to show us the different bed-frames and offered advice on different types of mattresses. He allowed me the time to try different mattresses to ensure that we were getting the right product. We were very impressed by Kieran's friendly, professional and efficient approach and was surprised how quickly we were able to finalise our purchase and to be able to have delivery on the day we wanted. The insurance products were value for money and Kieran was able to explain the benefits of the cover.
