The assistant was very knowledgeable, friendly & approachable.

The shop is well laid out with clear pricing. The sales assistant understood what we were looking for and appreciated our needs. The purchase did not take too long and we were able to come away with the product which was our intention when we entered the store.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgable. We have used Dreams on a number of occasions over the years and have always found the staff friendly. The staff at the Chippenham branch were approachable, easy to joke with and friendly.

The perfect balance of customer support and space to think over my purchase (without any pressure). Helped to understand the different mattresses without feeling conspicuous about testing them. Informed about the different options for base and headboard such that I'm really happy about my choice. Selected a better second mattress (for spare bed) than we were first shown as a result of good information on the alternative products.

I don't like to be sold to, I asked drew I will give him a shout when I need him and I would like too look, once I had found what I wanted drew then assisted. If he had approached me again after I let he know I was ok looking I would of walked out. So fair play Drew

At the time the store was very quiet therefore the store assistant was able to spend plenty of time to answer my questions and assist me in choosing the right bed. He was very friendly and processed my order very efficiently. The only thing I was disappointed with was the delay in delivery which was 2 weeks.
