I went to Dreams with the intention of "just looking" not knowing which bed or mattress I needed. Shane was extremely helpful and gave me very sound advice on the various options I could choose from, I was really impressed by his friendly manner and product knowledge.

we come here all the time,buy in bulk and are regular customers. we love the quality of the bed and we do not go to anywhere else as we think its the best. the staff is lovely and cooperative.

Troy, the assistant who helped me managed to be around without hovering, which is a very valuable skill. He was able to direct me to the products I was interested in and able to comprehensively answer all my questions. He was friendly, helpful and I could not have wanted for more in an assistant. I initially went in to browse but came away having purchased a new mattress which I have been dithering about for ages. There was no pressure and I got no feeling that if I left without purchasing that it would have been a problem. An exceptionally good visit to a store I have not used before, and an exceptionally good assistant.

Kieran served me and was very friendly and helpful the entire time I was in the shop. He recommended products that would actually help and didn't go for 'hard sell' techniques. I was also offered a coffee during my time in the Chippenham store by another member of staff, Jonny. As it was raining and I had purchased a few items, Kieran helped to carry my things and put them in my car.

Troy took time to explain everything and understand our needs.

The manager Shane was more than happy to help, and with us not knowing a moving date made us feel at ease about booking a time, and explained we can postponed this if needs be.
