The assistant knowledge of products was very good and we very helpful

Staff were polite, not pushy in anyway but provide a good level of knowledge and assistance as required. Nothing too much trouble, assisted us with possible future produce requirements. An open and honest approach was appreciated.

Everyone was so helpful as we had no idea what we wanted or needed and they knew exactly what we needed and we also had a budget which they took into consideration

Staff extremely helpful they worked as a team to help us with what we wanted. They went the extra mile to ensure we were happy when leaving the shop. Even helped carry a bed side table to our car.

Sales assistant was very knowledgable and friendly. Were very family friendly and weren't too bothered with our children looking around the store whilst we were testing and then placing order

We came in looking for a mattress, and Troy was brilliant - very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us all the information and advice we needed without being too pushy. It led to us making an informed purchase which we were very pleased with.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I was also given a cup of coffee. Staff weren't pushy. I was able to explain my requirements and not pushed to buy a more expensive item. Everything was explained in detail.
