The soft sale approach used by Jon was brilliant, Jon was on hand to offer advice and we had enough space as well. We even got offered a cup of tea... The fact that we wasn't bombarded with a hard sale meant that instead of me putting my barriers up and leaving the shop without buying as much a pillow meant that I spent over £2100. Seemed to have the balance spot on.

We liked the fact that the sales advisors didn't hassle us but we're on hand to help as and when needed. Shane was very helpful and honest in his advice.

I purchased a superking bed which was exactly what I have been looking for. From the moment I walked in i felt very at ease. The process was extremely easy and everything about my order was explained in an easy to understand manner. What I liked the most was not feeling forced into anything, the sales assistant was not pushy just listened to what I wanted and then delivered.
