We were very satisfied because the types of mattress were clearly explained and the colour coding was very helpful. Troy the sales assistant was very helpful and patient with us and we were given time to think through the various options.

staff very helpful, listen to what my needs were, didn't push there selves and gave me time. was very helpful when I went back next day because I had changed my mined and wanted old mattress collected after all

Working in sales myself it's easy to recognise outstanding product knowledge backed up with a great attitude and helpful approach. My needs were heard after correct questions were asked enabling Shane to select the perfect product for me and my partner. No jargon was used as I do prefer straight talking! Jonathan and Troy were also very helpful when I visited previously but was unable to decide what to buy as I didn't have my partner with me. I did ask if Jonathan was in when I returned but he was on a day off which nearly caused me to leave and return another day but Shane was so helpful and easy to talk to that we decided to make the purchase there and then. Great service in a beautifully presented and clean showroom. Will definatly be returning to buy our children's beds once they are out of their cots. Chippenham staff are a credit to the company and was a pleasant experience even tho I never dreamed of spending nearly £1000! Pun intended!!
