having suffering from a painful back my husband and I decided to renew our mattress. We went to Dreams where Kieran Ellix the salesman went to great trouble to answer our questions and was able to try several mattresses before deciding on Silent Night Ashridge K. Delivery was as quoted and we were notified two hours before delivery which was efficiently carried out.-

Shane, the gentleman who helped us (the store manager, I believe), was really excellent. He listened to our needs and went out of his way to meet them.

I was impressed with the level of knowledge and friendliness we experience in store I also liked that I didn't feel pressured at all and was left to explore but able to ask questions that were answered with great professionalism. I felt Jon went above and beyond and displayed excellent customer service he even dropped off the mattress topper we had accidentally left in store on the way home! Very pleased with the service we received.

from the moment we walked in the door of your store we were welcomed in to look around. We were left alone to look around and not hassled by any sales staff to trying to make a sale. when we did ask for assistance it was given very well and in a very informative manner which we appreciated, during our visit we were treated as customers and looked after very well, nothing seemed to be a problem. We returned the next day and we were greeted and treated exactly the same, we confirmed the product we were interested in purchasing and the staff were again very helpful All in all the whole process of choosing and purchasing a product was very enjoyable

Our experience was started by a friendly smile and a person open to listening and giving good, honest help. We were shown several options from the choice available and given every piece of information we asked for in helping us in our choice. The person also knew exactly when to leave us alone so we could discuss between ourselves.

Although staff were available at all times during our visit, we did not feel under any sort of pressure to purchase

Great service from Jonathan, he spent alot of time with us and helped us choose a lovely bed , we will be back to see him when need another bed and will tell all my friends.
