I told the assistant what I was looking for. He showed me what he had is store and explained the differences. Very knowledgable, friendly and efficient.

The staff was very welcoming. They was very good with my children when the other staff helping me choose which mattress is better for me and my husband. Explain each different types of mattress and breaking down each part of the contact.

We had previously come into this store and decided on a specific bed. During this visit we received great customer service - very friendly and informative. There was no pressure to buy straight away. We went away and saved, and chose to come back into store today in time for the sale. Upon arrival Shane was extremely friendly and helpful, and explained to us exactly what we were getting for our money. He ensured a swift service and placed our order to arrive at our house as soon as possible. He definitely made buying our first bed together, as a couple, for our new home a pleasure and hassle free. Would definitely recommend to others!

The assistant, Troy, and the manager were extremely helpful in advising us, whilst giving us time to try the beds and to discuss with each other. We felt that we were not rushed or being pushed into a decision. A very satisfying experience and a joy to shop in the store.

The manager Shane and his colleague Jon were very lovely and helpful. They treated us the way we would like to be treated and were very personable. They took the time to understand what we were after and didn't get annoyed when I changed my mind. They didn't use pressure selling as a tactic which is a big thing for us, whereas another company did.

The assistants in the store were superb, they knew their stock, their brand and were very helpful, we bought our daughters new beds from here a few months ago and was so pleased with the level of service that this is why we came back today to buy our new bed. We will not go anywhere else and have recommended the store and staff to friends and family.

The assitant let us try several beds and gave a variety of pillows so we could experience the mattress in similar circumstances to the one we have at home. He didnt hurry us or push us at any particular product. It was a relaxed experience and we went in just to look and ended up buying 2 mattresses. All the staff in the store were help and there was a professional atmosphere in the store.
