Charles who served us with friendly and knowledgeable, seemed genuinely happy in his work and enjoyed is job. The range of mattress gave us a wide choice and the sleep system meant we only looked at mattress that we suitable for us. We were allowed time to ourselves to check out what we liked best and discuss our options before going back to Charles and advising his of our selection. He also advised us on other products such as mattress covers and pillows. We learnt something about sleep and bedding during out talk with Charles which was very insightful. A very good overall experience.

The salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the items I purchased, very welcoming and patient.

We told the sales rep exactly what we wanted and he quickly advised what was available and we did the deal.

I popped into the Chippenham store to discuss purchasing a replacement mattress for the annexe bedroom. Very friendly, professional and informative staff who were very easy to deal with. The whole process of choosing the right mattress, from the computer aid to buying the new mattress went very smoothly. Quick delivery time and the old mattress will be removed at the same time. What more can I say but a huge thank you to the professional staff at the Chippenham store.

Both the store manager and Charles were extremely helpful - from reading a description of a bed I was looking at online and showing me the most similar product that was in store and walking me through a very detailed description; to showing me other suitable products and putting the mattress on a bed for me to test out.

Rhianna who served us was brilliant, she guided us through purchasing our new bed and mattress with confidence, friendliness and had a great amount of product knowledge.

They were friendly. Not to pushy with selling but still let me know what offeres and extra products that’s were available
