Although I have not received the products yet, so can’t make a judgment on their quality and value for money, I have downgraded the score, due to price, although I was content on the cost, I always things should be cheaper!

The sales person was not able to explain the exact difference between different products. He also did not have a reason for why the computer had suggested the products that it did suggest.

We purchased a mattresses from Chippenham, but we went there to find Benson's. This was due to a not so good experience with the Trowbridge store. It was only because your Chippenham store was two doors up from Bensons in Chippenham that we went into that one. Much better service there and decided to purchase. Got a small discount, which is what I feel will help a customer to be more loyal. Trowbridge was a point blank no. Perhaps a little more leeway for discounts across the stores would have prevented a visit to a competitor.

Very satisfied that my previous problem was rectified and I was able to exchange the mattress for vouchers. Shame there is a six week delay on delivery of a small single headboard

I was highly satisfied with everything to do with my purchase but this form is telling me I am saying I wasn’t satisfied but I was satisfied so it’s lying!!

The experience was fine, perfectly functional - but it's not a 'luxurious' experience. It's essentially an out of town large warehouse style room full of beds/mattresses.
