1. We were not happy about being asked how much money we earn a year. What has that got to do with anything we were buying a Mattress not a house and to ask that in front of other customers is wrong I think. What about data protection We didn’t really want your staff knowing how much we earn.

The item was unavailable to see in store and the large computer screen on the wall wasn’t working properly.

It took nearly 2 hours to sort out payment (2 year interest free credit). This was due to the incredible slowness of the company dealing with my application. Very frustrating. The Dreams staff were very apologetic, it was not their fault.

It’s difficukt to determine how comfortable the bed would be once you have spent a few weeks sleeping on it. Lying on a bed for a couple of minutes is not really a good test.

The process to get a quote and then eventually placing the order was quite lengthy and took over an hour. Whilst the sales rep, Charles, was very friendly, the system was slow. He did apologise for this, which is out of his control. But the time it took just seemed a bit of overkill.
