Item Listed as available in correct size in store on Product label, not available in the size advertised when placing the order. No help offered when having to pick a replacement item, just told you can have any of the bedheads in Fuax Leather. Younger staff have attitude problems when dealing with customers who have decisions to make and are not quick enough. Sighing doesn't help.

There are too many 'extras' to add on. The prices quoted for the beds are very misleading.

We didn't like the sales pitch at the end offering us mattress insurance etc. Once we made our decision we just wanted to pay & go

It can be a bit intimidating having the sales person follow you around the shop. We ended up paying much more than I was expecting. I'd checked prices online as a guide however the final price in store was significantly higher as we had to select different items due to availability.

I am a tough cookie to please. Whilst the goods where high quality I felt the prices where too high.
