The overall appearance of the showroom was more like a nicely painted warehouse & was not as plush as your competitors showroom, which was next door.

The sales assistant was very helpful and polite. I did not feel pushed into a sale but given good advice.

It was a quick and straightforward process, and I found exactly what I needed for a good price, thanks to the staff that was very helpful answering all my questions that I wanted answering

I think being satisfied is a good enough answer. When we receive our mattress on the date we chose, I will tell you then after a few nights sleep on the new mattress if I am highly satisfied 😊

At no time did I ever press , pointing to the fact I was not highly satisfied. I paid previous visits to the Chippenham shop, meeting different salesmen each time, they were all very polite and extremely understanding to my situation and the type of product I required. I could not fault any of the salesmen in any way

The customer service was exceptional, we found that the price was average, also we were unable to do the buy now pay later plan due to my partner living at a different address, therefore we didnt purchase the mattress at the same time. We continued to buy the bed due to the product knowledge and service from Troy

Help was available as soon as we entered the store. Said what requirements we needed and were shown options immediately. Then given time to walk around before we made a decision. No pressure was put on us which was nice.

I was satisfied with my experience. I also visited Bensons next door. That store felt better and I found a similarly priced mattress I liked there.. However I returned to Dreams to make my purchase because you do old mattress disposal and Bensons doesn't.
