On the whole most of the mattress were comfy but could have done with more choice of very firm ones.

Delivery is expensive and no option to pick up from the store.

Whilst dealing with Shane , his work colleague Jon(validation code 123) kept inturrupting, When i asked if the delivery company would bring the bed in if it rained, jon said "well we wouldnt leave it out on the path would we". I found this very rude especially as we were not dealing with him. Shane seemed very embaressed about this.

The experience of shopping at Dreams was OK, but not GREAT !!! If you really want highly satisfied customers, IMHO you've got to be offering a lot more than the special offers and price reduction sales that seem to be running all year round. Two doors down from the Dreams store I visited was a Bensons store and to be honest, I couldn't tell them apart. Where's the differentiation ? Where's the evidence that you're really trying to do a better job than your competition ? You're in a rut and not doing anything to get out of it. Wise up !!!!

Delivery should be included in the price. Should not have delivery options. Should just offer the best you can do, not pay extra for good service. Yes the product will be a little more expensive, but the Dreams shopping experience will be so much better.

We had a great experience at the chippenham store. Toby was very helpful and gave expert recommendations. He explained all of the offers/processes of buying the bed. Overall an easy experience of buying a bed. The delivery team Matt B & Jason were great. Living in a 3 story town house I didn't envy them the job but they managed it with ease fuelled with tea and biscuits! They assembled the bed and demonstrated how to operate the ottoman part. i liked the option of having the bed assembled for me. They did an excellent job. Thanks guys!

We had to make 3 different deposit payments as the assistant despite 2 years in the job was not proficient in working the till. On delivery of the bed (great service by the mobile team) I discovered the bed board we had discussed and agreed with the shop agent was not on the van. On attending the shop was advised I had signed for the order without a head board..... There was nothing that could be done so we gave to wait until 26 June to receive head board to complete the bed. I'd certainly be glad to win the draw as it will go along way to smooth over the ruffles my partner feels at being let down by poor staff attitude. Dreams product is good no it is great. Thanks for listening
