This was the third store that I visited to decide on the new bed best for my needs. I called in 3 times in total and every member of staff especially Charles went above & beyond to help. A friendly and welcoming team

Very helpful, clean and covid safe.

Unfortunately had to wait to process our order as we had inadvertently chosen a busy time. However the staff team were apologetic, explained the issue and offered us refreshments while waiting. Apart from that there were no other issues. We had help when we needed it without being smothered by the attention.
