We visited x2 Dreams stores. The first store was in Swindon on a Friday. We were served by Gail. She was professional, courteous, patient and a pleasure to chat with. Big thanks to her. Unfortunately the product we eventually chose was blocked due to material shortage etc. Pandemic issue most likely. No problem. The second store we bought from was Chippenham on the Sunday. We were served by Charles. He was a pleasure to chat with. Again, courteous, patient and extremely accommodating. We were highly satisfied with our experience at both Dreams stores. Customer interaction was excellent.

Charles was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We were offered a drink while we were there which I was very impressed by. He was happy to answer all our questions and we didn't feel rushed at all even though it was nearing closing time.
