Help was at hand from the moment we asked and continued throughout our visit. He listened to the feedback we gave about each matteress we tried and provided an alternative to try next. I have a bone and back condition so getting the mattress right was very very important. He was so helpful and polite, friendly and knowledgeable we really appreciated his help and would not have make our purchase without him. We were very happy with the mattress we eventually chose. Thank you dreams :)
