Was greeted nicely & was left alone to wander the store then we approached a sales assistant & he was great in helping us get what we wanted.will & have recommended to friends & family

I was unsure exactly what I was looking for. I had been to a different store who immediately wanted me to buy something I couldn't afford. Whereas the gentlemen in dreams was honest, trustworthy and allowed me to make the choices with the info he gave. He had good knowledge and buting thd product was really easy. I thought his ability not to sell anything but what the customer actually wanted.

Staff friendly and had interests of needs at the heart of what they did. Maintained all social distancing procedures themselves and with other customers.
