On entering the store so soon after lockdown I was so impressed at the safety measures that Dreams have with regards to Covid19. Charles was the gentleman who offered his advice and knowledge, social distancing was observed at all times. Charles gave us enough time to look around the store and offered his knowledge and expertise when we asked for it. We were very impressed with the help he offered and without this I believe we would not have made a purchase. Charles had explained that due to the lockdown there maybe a delay in delivery this was told to us as soon as we walked into the store which I thought was good customer service but on choosing the bed we wanted was delighted to be told it would be a 4 week delivery which we thought very impressive. A 'Sneeze Screen' was used at the desk during the payment and delivery discussion and I must say how safe my husband and I felt in the store. We were offered a complimentary bottle of water and wipes and hand gel were also available. I would have no problem in recommending Dreams and the sales team as in these worrying times every precaution possible was taken. Well done.

We had been looking for a mattress to suit both our needs, as last september my husband suffered a stroke and since then has had trouble sleeping.
