First of all the shop looked a little bit like a warehouse but, then the assistance came to help us, she was very friendly and knowledgeable and attentive. very helpful with our requests. loved the machine that had rollers in, the assistant gave us lots of information about spine alignment. the beds were more what i was looking for than in the other shop i went to. Very happy with the purchase and the cost, looking forward to it being delivered.

The salesperson was highly knowledgable, very friendly and patient, no hard sell just good advice. We haven’t yet had our mattress delivered but are looking forward to a good nights sleep!

We were helped by a lovely gentleman named Charles! He helped me understand what mattress I needed for the best night sleep and genuinely made me feel welcome and knew a lot about the products within the store. The other lady in the shop Rhianna also made a lovely cup of coffee!

We were explained about the different mattresses and pillows, able to compare. completed the scientific bed testing. friendly staff and had coffee.

Assistance was offered on entering the store and products explained. We were then left to browse and look around anc test the beds. Kieron was knowledgable, professional, helpful and friendly at all times during our visit.
