The staff were very obliging and friendly. Rhianna the assistant could not do enough to help and went out of her way 100%+ to get all products delivered on the same day as I required. Well done and thank you.

The displays were good and with all the information clearly presented. The salesman gave us time to look before asking if we needed assistance. He then gave us valuable information about the various options/ combinations and encouraged us to try the beds we were interested in ( ensuring we each used an appropriate pillow and kept the same pillow for each bed). Once we decided to place an order he went through all the details, procedures, time scale options, and various things that might improve our experience ( eg mattress covers, pillows, headboards, base colours, removal of present bed, insurance) . We look forward to the delivery - which we have delayed a few weeks so we can decorate and have carpet fitted first.

The customer service was absolutely fantastic. They gave us a few minutes to have a look around and then came and chatted to us. We used the “technology bed” which helped us choose the type of mattress. The member of staff that helped us was really friendly and it was easy to talk and even have a laugh at times. We managed to get one of the GB mattresses in the sale so we are very happy!

The team were totally professional, we did not feel pressured at any stage and they were very patient whilst we were making up our minds.

Knowledegable assistant who took the time to explain the process and about different bed possibilities. Was not a hard sale for the most expensive item. Pleasant manner and took the time to understand requirements.
