John the salesman was great

The salestaff were friendly and informative without being pushy. The clear, simple signs for each mattress made them easy to compare and the dream machine helped narrow our search.

This isn't my 1st visit to dreams. Keep returning fue to quality and high standard of products

Very good at giving information I was asking for and all very helpful and polite and even stayed open passed closing time for 5 mins to make sure everything was correct and in order Kieran was very good indeed.

Staff were attentive and listened to what we told them - and although they showed us mattresses outside of our price range, as well as those within the price range, they weren't pushy about trying to make us buy the more expensive range. We were given plenty of information to allow us to fully consider the purchase we were about to make. Although we were handled by 2 separate members of staff, this did not impact our experience negatively.

From the moment we entered the shop we felt at ease, the store manager Johnathan greeted us in a polite manner asking us if we needed help then he would be happy to help us, we choose to have a look around and come back to him if needed. After we had a look around Johnathan came to our assistants, we talked about the style of beds and mattresses we thought we would like, he suggested we try out a sleeptight mattress that can work out the ideal type of mattress for us, we were offered hot drinks while we were on this. Johnathan then showed us a round a number of mattress and showed us different pillows. Not once was he pushy or off putting and we felt at ease with him. He was able to answer all our questions and helped us out with everything we needed. He helped us out to pick our perfect mattress and bed frame that was right for us, tea and coffee was offered again and we sat down to do the paper work, everything was clear and well organised. Definitely the best bed shopping experience I have ever dealt with and without a doubt we will be returning customers.

We were given time to look around the store without being hounded. We were able to get the information we needed to enable us to choose the right bed and given sufficient guidance from the store staff without being led into something more expensive. The service was excellent and friendly without being overbearing and we were made to feel that this was the place to be rather than return to one of your competitors that was only a few feet away AND had a cheaper option.

we were made very welcome when we entered the store. The staff were very polite and their product knowledge was exemplary. There was no hard sale they just wanted us to have what was best for us not there most expensive range but what was in our price range we were made to feel very comfortable.

I was guided through the process of choosing what was right for both myself and my husband. We were given excellent advice and have a mattress that will suit both of us has plenty of time to choose and was not rushed.
