We were looking for a very firm mattress with the idea of putting a pillow top on it, for that few inches of softness. The firmness of the mattresses were clearly marked, so we could quickly try all the 'firm' and 'very firm' choices. The sales associate Rhianna explained how the foam & small springs of the combination beds gave more comfort and support than the standard spring mattresses. We felt the difference. We chose the Raspberry but decided that the firm mattress might be a little soft for us, so we wanted to try the Orange (very firm Hyde & Sleep) but there wasn't one in the store. We were going to order it anyway but were a bit apprehensive. Rhianna suggested we try out their computer analysis bed system to see if our choice was in line with what the computer recommended. It was an interesting and informative experience. The program said we should get a MEDIUM mattress. This settled it - we ordered the FIRM with confidence, because we thought the VERY FIRM was what we needed and the computer said MEDIUM - so we averaged it at FIRM. Rhianna was polite, personable, listened to our questions and supplied answers. DREAMS was great shopping experience.

On entering the Chippenham store we were immediately greeted by Rihanna and ask if we would like a drink. We declined as we had one just before going shopping. We were introduced to the ‘trial bed’ which reported on the best fit bed and were shown all the possible beds in store in the range. Rihanna took a lot of time explaining the benefits of each bed and then left us to discuss and try each bed until we reached a decision. The order was then recorded and payment made we chose the delivery date which was only one week to wait and returned home feeling that the afternoon had been well spent.

Went to Bensons first but they did not listen to what was important to us. We purchased from this store before so returned and were well looked after once again. A great store, very friendly and happy to recommend.

Charles knew his stuff, supported us in understanding what we need. Offered techniques to help sleep better. He also didnt make us feel pressured to spot buy. We planned on coming back within a week however after discussing decided to go for it today as we were pleased with the friendly well informed service and products.
