Charles was incredibly knowledgable and understanding of our requirements. I suffer with continual pain and he was very thorough regards the mattress suitability and pillow matching also. Highly recommended!

We could have ordered our bed online but were so impressed with our salesperson, Kieran, that we went back into the store and ordered through him, he was a fantastic salesman. Not pushy at all but very good at making us feel that we had lots of options. He sold the product ver6 fairly and explained everything to us. Super service. He deserves recognition :-)

Very informative and enthusiastic salesman whose product knowledge appeared second to none.

I was very impressed with the knowledge the young sales assistant had especially as she had not been working there that long. She answered all my questions very professionally and I felt confident that she knew her product.

Rhianna was excellent. She first of all put us on the mattress finding machine and then took us around the mattresses that it had selected explaining the differences between them. The whole process was quick and simple and I think we’ve come away with a good mattress that will meet our needs.

everything went smoothly, we tested the bed to give a clue what we needed, and was very impressed. we were dealt with john who in believe was the mamager who was very knowledgeable. if this single mattress we bought it woild be our intention to return and buy a double mattress for our bed.

The assistant was extremely helpful and very patient with my difficult daughter..
