The staff were extremely helpful, we couldn’t fault them at all. Particular thanks to Keiran & Rihanna. Both were highly professional and a pleasure to deal with, they are a credit to the company.

Knowledgeable staff made purchase easy and showed a variety of options ranging from cheap to expensive without the hard sale for the expensive option, which is available refreshing change.

An altogether very good experience, we originally visited for an indication of options as we were buying holiday apartment in UK. First meeting in late August, the staff were so nice we wanted to return to place the order when our purchase was confirmed in October. Great people, clone them and sell them to the clearing Banks!

Very knowledgeable gentleman who helped me pick a new bed and mattress. He was not pushy in any way but let me know all of my options and did not rush me into a sale.

Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. On entering the store we were greeted but not pestered and allowed to make our way around browsing the stock until we were approached by staff to provide assistance. It was good to be initially given space until we required help rather than being pestered by sales people.

Very knowledgeable staff and friendly made to feel very relaxed offered tea and coffee and were very patient we were not pressured at any time

Charles was very welcoming, professional and patient without being at all pushy which made us feel like we were totally in control of everything.
