Very simple process to achieve what we were after and a very pleasant retail experience.

Charles was highly professional, but extremely friendly, didn't stand over me while I tried the beds, let me make up my own mind, was very patient when I moved backwards and forwards unable to make my mind on three beds,. Was a great sound over knowledge.

We were very impressed by the mattress machine. Also the staff were very friendly and full of information . We were offered a hot drink and plenty of time to try out the mattress. We ended up staying in your chippenham shop, past the opening hours and didn't feel rushed to leave the shop at all. The staff you have are a credit to your company. Well done *5 . We will definitely be back again if we need another bed or matress. Thanks

Very good knowledge of products

I was made to feel very welcome as soon as I entered the shop. John was very thorough and gave me a personal experience throughout. He assisted me to choose exactly what I needed, without feeling any pressure at all. I came away feeling very satisfied with my purchase and have even recommended that my father pop in to the shop to purchase a mattress for himself.

Excellent customer service, they were able to help us pick the right mattress that suited our needs, the sleep machine was really helpful and the pillows were amazing. Plus the knowledge of each item was very helpful.

I thought that the pressure monitor (dummy bed) and subsequent recommendation was a good idea.

Staff were polite, attentive and helpful. We had purchased a bed a few years ago from the same store which we were happy with and wanted the same quality. The staff were able to check and confirm the previous order which helped us in the initial selection.
