Pointed in the right direction for the right mattress for our needs. Very friendly, one staff member printed pictures to colour to keep my daughter entertained through the boring stuff. Very friendly and very attentive

Rhianna was very friendly, helpful and attentive, whilst giving us time to make our decision without ever trying to rush us or influence us. She was very knowledgeable about the mattresses that we were looking at and helped us come to a decision about which one to purchase.

The salesman was very helpful at suggesting what mattress would better suit my needs. Showed me the options of finance.

We have never visited Dreams before. We came out to buy a new Bed Frame and visited two other outlets first. Our third visit to Dreams of CHIPPENHAM WILTSHIRE, was the best if we are honest. I'm in the retail trade too, and i have to say, your service was fantastic. We were acknowledged on arrival, then left alone to look around the showroom. Once we needed assistance, it was easy and the service from there on was exceptional. We were offered Coffee/ Tea etc when we sat with Rhianna at the desk. Good knowledge and assistance not just focused on selling anything, want to find you the correct product.

Our sales person was Kieron at the Chippenham branch. He gave us the information we needed but also gave us space to make our own decisions. I felt he had our best interests at heart. He actually told us to go away and think about it - which we did and then came back the next day and bought it. This was in contrast to the hard sell we'd experienced in two other bed shops that day, which is not pleasant when you just want to lay quietly and work out if its the right bed for you.

Very good help from Kieron In store. Started at the highest priced mattress when I just wanted a cheap one.
