The sales person Rihanna Chippenham Store had only been with Dreams 6 weeks . But she knew she stuff about the Sleep Match, Matteress and Pillows, we purchased both

Kieran was very welcoming and able to accommodate our money limitations without issue. Showed us the sleep analyser tool in store, as he explained that it would ensure we got a mattress suited to us - and we did.

The Assistant Charles was more than helpful and explained all aspects of the product, offers, and a services offered. Second time Charles has served us when buying beds. Great asset to Dreams. Helpful and knows his subject.

During our 2 visits to research and then purchase the products we wanted, the staff were friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the beds, mattresses and additional items such as pillows and mattress covers. Their knowledge and advice ensured that we understood what the benefits and differences were between products. The Sleepmatch machine allowed us to narrow the search quickly to the most suitable mattresses for us.

Charles was fantastic, he helped use choose the right mattress for us and his product knowledge was brilliant. He was really friendly and helpful 5* service.

The sales assistant was very good even though she was a trainee, but she was helped by the very good store manager.

Charles the salesman had a very good knowledge of beds, mattresses, and how everything was put together for your comfort, he had lots of patience and time to answer all our questions. Overall we were well looked after.
