Very friendly and approachable staff. Understanding of our needs.

The sales person took time to understand our needs following the assessment and guided us through the options, but allowed us to make our own final decision. He was not wrong in saying that we should allow 2hrs and he was right, by the time we made our final decision and we had placed an order.

From first entering the store Charles the sales assistant could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable regarding the mattress I was interested in. Never pushy just around to answer any questions when needed. A nice touch being offered a drink while decisions were being made. Overall a pleasant experience.

We were recognised as soon as we entered the showroom as we had visited the store a week earlier, the staff were helpful on both occasions. We were given a cup of tea while we went through the paper work for the items we were purchasing and was also given extra items free. All the staff were friendly and kind and we will go back there again when we need to buy some more items

We were extremely satisfied with the service we had with Jon in Chippenham Dreams store. He was very very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. Very friendly, yet not overpowering. Well done Jon. If there was a Jon in every shop we would all be happy bunnies!
