I was greeted with a smile as soon as I entered the store and was asked if I needed any help. Lovely clean store, helpful staff and an easy transaction!

Charles was really friendly and helped me get the best for the budget I had. He is a credit to the company.

Charles and the trainee (sorry but can't remember what her name was but for only being on the job for 2 weeks was brilliant) who served us were both friendly and knowledgeable without giving us the hard sell. They both seemed to want to find what suited us rather than make a sale.

The staff were extremely helpful but not at all pushy. They were very knowledgeable about the products and the physical effects of sleeping positions on the body. We were encouraged to test out the beds to find a perfect match for us. Overall it was an excellent pre-sales experience.

Jonathan was excellent in all repects; highly knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly (without being overly so) and attentive. He also left me alone when necessary giving me time to decide how I felt about each item. At no time did I feel rushed or pressurised. Choosing an important item such as a bed can feel confusing. At no time did I feel uncomfortable or awkward. I was even offered a cuppa.

The greeting was very welcoming. We were offered a drink and given the chance to look before being approached. The staff were knowledgeable and took on board our needs. Over all a very experience. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. Happy to answer any question and give background information. We were not hurried and he knew when to leave as alone to try and discuss choice. We were not pushed into any praticular product, and even as we narrowed our preference he continued to offer alternatives to compare.

We entered the shop and were acknowledged immediately and approached to offer of help and advice. The Manager showed us several different beds and explained our needs and took his recommendation of which bed to purchase. Continued to place the order with some pleasant conversation paid and left the store very happy. Would certainly go straight to Dreams in the future.

It was a very easy experience.
