Really good salesman. Not pushy and listened to what I had to say. That meant he was able to show me products that were relevant to my needs.

I came with a list of possible options for mattresses put together from your website. Your staff showed me the items from it that were in store, pointed me to other suitable products, and let me try them all out; then they explained clearly the respective advantages (and prices) of my favoured options. When I'd made my choice they helped me to select a matching pillow. It was easy to place the order, with no hard selling, and the delivery date was acceptable. The staff were happy to keep my other products ready for my collection later. They were friendly and helpful throughout.

Super helpful staff. Patient and accommodating, interacted nicely with our kids whilst we were trying the beds. Very knowledgeable and pragmatic in approach. Helped consider financial options, accessed discounts we would not have realised existed

I felt confident in making a decision with this knowledge. I was pleased with the delivery time and free delivery service. It was an added bonus and surprise to receive a free mattress topper!

I was served by the manager Jonathon and this guy knows his stuff he didn't rush or force me into buying anything I didn't he described each product in detail and was very patient with me as I couldn't make my mind up but I did by from him due to his friendless and knowledge of the beds and mattresses and how quick it was going to be delivered to me so this guy is a pure asset to dreams
