The Store Manager was extremely helpful and his expertise was well appreciated by me as a person shopping on my own - his advice was also good.

Friendly helpful staff and great price on the product we were after. Questions that we had were answered promptly.

We were greeted on entrance to the store and the assistant explained how the displays were colour coded to assist the customer in the choice of mattress. We were then left to freely wander around and try the products out. When a question was asked, the assistant showed great knowledge of the products. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and it was refreshing to meet a sales assistant who wanted to help and make sure we got what we wanted. There was no rush and we were given plenty of time to make our selection.

The whole experience was a joy. There was no pressure to buy. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. They really took the time to explain things thoroughly and help us to choose the right items for us. Highly recommended.

Nice and quick and easy process with friendly service.

From the moment i stepped in door i felt welcome.beds were displayed well with clear colour markings.the salesman explained everything to me and made me feel at ease trying the beds.he took my order with friendliness and professionalism.very good store and particurly the staff

The sales assistant Charles was very helpful without being pushy.

Charles in the Chippenham branch was brilliant. He knew all the information, didn't push for a sale, just supplied us with the information we needed to make our own decision. He offered us a coffee, offered us excellent advice, was friendly, polite and enjoyed his job. His Manager Jon was excellent too.
