Good range of products at a relatively reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and were more than happy to talk us through each different type of bed, and recommend what they thought we would like. They even also offered balloon and music when the kid started crying with boredom.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was passed to a very knowledgeable and personable colleague, Kieran. He talked me through all the available items and I had chosen the mattress for my needs within 10 mins.

The staff were happy to help and interested in me and knowledgeable. The displays were useful and well set out.

The customer service was exemplar.

Great service and products

Me and my wife came to Chippenham Dreams branch. I spoke to one of your colleague Jonathan(Jon) . Absolutely brilliant explanations regarding products. His customer service we will give him 10/10 rate. Friendly talking as well. We went there to buy only few items. After spoke to him we bought 7 items, worth of £2040.
