Your colleague Charles was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the choices which were colour coded for convenience. We were given plenty of time to consider and try the options and were still finalizing our order half an hour after the store closed.

Jon the store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. His recommendations have already increased the amount of sleep we are getting. He made the purchase an enjoyable experience which is important to us.
