Offered helpful advice on sleeping positions in respect of our back and knee problems and discussed various types of pillows available adequate time to browse the store and choose our bed and mattress Very friendly and approachable member of staff

Charles, your sales representative in the Chippenham store could not have been more helpful. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining various products to us and answering any questions we may have had. All in all a very pleasant experience!

We were given a good welcome in the store by the salesperson and given excellent advice about the differences in the functions and quality of the mattresses. We were helped to make an informed decision enough to buy our mattress there and then.
