Dreams - Chippenham

The assistantZoe was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the differences between the mattresses - fillings how many springs etc which were soft and which she thought would be most suitable for me. Allowed me time to browse and try out the mattresses giving me a proper pillow to try with mattress. She was pleasant and helpful but not pushy. I hadn't bought a mattress for over 20 years so needed all the help and advice I could get!

The staff were friendly, helpful,knowledgable and notpushy. Have used dreams before so it was the place I wanted to go back to. The salesperson was very helpful and I was very pleased with the service.

I made two visits to the store on the same day and was served by Jon each time. Wow, he really knows his stuff and answered all my questions without hesitation. At no time did I feel rushed or pressurised into making a decision about my purchase. I was even asked if I wanted tea or coffee! The whole process was friendly, calm and a pleasure - and there aren't many shopping experiences you can say that about. Thjank you Dreams but especially, thank you to Jon. He's a real asset to your Chippenham store.

It was a very straightforward and easy experience, the sales person was excellent and helped us to determine the right bed for us (which wasn’t the most expensive). All in it couldn’t have been simpler or easier experience.

We were greeted in a friendly manner. The assistant who served us was very polite and courteous, had a good knowledge of the products and guided us to mattresses that met our criteria. He didn't rush us. At the checkout he explained in detail what we had ordered, the paperwork we were signing and procedure for collecting our old mattress. We have always had good and helpful service at this store.

The person who served us was very well informed polite and pleasant he gave us all the info we needed in a friendly way. We were very happy with the way we were treated and the product met our budget. We were going to compare prices in Bensons next door but did not bother as we were so pleased with the service.

We didn’t know what we wanted/needed in purchasing 2 single mattresses for occasional visitor use. We didn’t want top of the range but neither did we want uncomfortable mattresses for our guests. The store Manager knew his stuff and advised us well.
