Customer service was very good attentive and the store was clean and tidy. I was offered a chance to use the bed analysis machine and offered products suitable to me.

Staff member was very courteous and friendly. Explained the different types of mattresses available without being too pushy. Purchasing the required beds and mattresses was also relatively easy.

Very friendly and kind staff members, despite the fact that there was an issue with proceeding with printing out the receipt due to some technical issues the shopping assistant kept a positive and professional attetude.
