The staff Russel had vast knowledge in my needs Also very hospitable we were offered water and a friendly family atmosphere.

Greeted straight away, did not feel pressured when in the store. Offered beverages while I looked. Quick and fast from helping choose the products to processing the order.

Listened to what I wanted. Recommended & explained the sleep centre which we tried. Explained the result & made recommendations based on the info. Explained different colour options based on the info plus what I needed from my new product. On making my choice he agreed it’s what he would have recommend based on health reason I’d explained. Was really happy with whole experience. Did not feel pressured in anyway by salesman (store assistant manager) Definitely feel I was given great advice. The COVID hygiene protocols were probably some of the best I’ve seen to be honest, so that was a real positive.

We are elderly and your assistant could not have been more helpful. He gave us all the time we needed and his recommendations were very helpful. He was very friendly and courteous. We were highly satisfied with the whole process.
