Our customer service advisor was Russell, he was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the product we required,answering all our questions and really matched what we needed. Having retail experience myself at a management level I was highly impressed.

The most important thing for us was to be able to try the mattress. We got an assistance in the store. Russell was very kind and helpful. He also recommended several mattresses that we could try and find the most perfect for us. The payment went without problem. While we waited we got a hot chocolate which was very delicious and we were able to talk to Russell very well. He answerd all our questions. In addition to ordering and insurance, we also received a free protector and a pillow package. :)
